I have been in the real estate profession since 1962. After graduating from Rosemead High School I obtained my liberal arts education at Pasadena City College and Mount San Antonio College. While at Mt. SAC, I also studied property management, escrow and real estate.
I have a wide range of experience in real estate, first working with my husband Carl; in our real estate appraisal business and managing our family owned properties over a period of 20 years.

I was active in Arcadia Schools PTA, Little League Baseball, and the Junior All-American Cheerleaders and has coordinated a Girl’s Club at my church.
A native of California, I have lived in the San Gabriel Valley all my life. I have lived in the Covina area since 1985. I am very familiar with the San Gabriel Valley from the west to the east and as far as Upland/Rancho Cucamonga.
